What we expect from you ?
As a Cultivation Manager, you will be responsible for the entire cultivation process within all of our sites. This includes planning, coordinating and monitoring all cultivation activities to ensure optimal growth of our tomatoes. 🌿
In our greenhouses, you work with the latest technologies and cultivation methods to optimize growing conditions. This means you closely monitor temperature, humidity, light intensity and nutrients and adjust where necessary. You ensure that the plants always receive the best care, from sowing to harvest.
In addition, you play a crucial role in the innovation and improvement of our cultivation methods. You will research and implement new techniques and technologies to increase the efficiency and sustainability of our cultivation processes. This may include, for example, the use of advanced irrigation systems, biological pesticides and renewable energy sources.
In short, you are an important key figure in the success of our tomato crop and contribute to the continuous growth and improvement of our company. 🌱

What your profile is ?
🎓Bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture, horticulture or a related field.
🧑Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
