We are looking for a Cultivation Manager who can grow our crops to new heights! In this role, you will be the lynchpin of our cultivation process and ensure that our crops flourish like never before.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate cultivation activities to ensure a thriving crop.
- Monitor crop growth and health to nip problems in the bud.
- Applying innovative cultivation techniques to grow yields like cabbage.
- Manage cultivation-related resources and equipment to keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize and flourish cultivation processes.
- Report cultivation results and progress to management to keep everyone informed.
- Implement sustainable cultivation methods and environmentally friendly practices to ensure our green future.
What your profile is ?
- At least a completed degree in agronomy, horticulture or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of modern cultivation techniques and methods.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Affinity for sustainability and environmentally friendly cultivation practices.
