Introduction
As Technical Maintenance Coordinator, you will occupy a central position within our technical operations. You will oversee the smooth and efficient running of all maintenance and repair activities and act as the first point of contact for technical and infrastructure issues. Thanks to your overview, planning, and technical expertise, you will be able to limit downtime, optimize processes, and actively contribute to the continuity and further professionalization of our organization. You combine hands-on technical insight with a coordinating and structuring role. In doing so, you not only think reactively in the event of malfunctions, but also help build a well-thought-out preventive maintenance policy with an eye for sustainability, reliability, and the long term.

Your role and responsibilities
As Technical Maintenance Coordinator, you are a key figure within the technical team. You are involved in both the execution and the organization and follow-up of maintenance.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Actively participating in maintenance and repair work on installations in the greenhouses and on the CHP installations.
- Planning, coordinating, and following up on maintenance work via our digital maintenance app, in which assignments and interventions are recorded.
- Developing and managing a structured inventory and stock management system for parts and spare parts, ensuring that materials are always available on time.
- Setting up, implementing, and adjusting a preventive maintenance policy with the aim of preventing malfunctions and ensuring that installations function sustainably.
- Close collaboration with fellow technicians, external partners, and the technical manager, ensuring clear coordination and priorities.
- Identifying areas for improvement in terms of technology, organization, and efficiency, and actively contributing ideas for structural solutions.
What your profile is ?
You have a strong technical foundation and combine execution skills with overview and structure.
- You have technical training (electromechanics, mechanics, electricity) or equivalent experience.
- You are hands-on, but at the same time organized and administratively accurate.
- You work in a structured manner, with attention to order, safety, and prevention.
- You think in terms of solutions, take initiative, and can work independently without losing sight of the team aspect.
- You are eager to learn and motivated to further deepen your technical knowledge within an innovative context.
