What we expect from you ?
As the Greenhouse Team Leader, you are the one who keeps the overview. You divide the tasks, support your employees and make sure that everyone is happy and efficient at work. You are close to your team and help out yourself where necessary.
At the same time, you form the bridge with the cultivation manager and keep a sharp eye on the planning. Thanks to your approach, the greenhouse not only runs well, but it also feels good for the people who work there.
