Quality supervisor
Introduction
At Tomeco Services we are looking for a driven Quality Manager who will be a crucial link between production and cultivation. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire delivery process, closely monitoring the quality of our tomatoes from harvest to packaging. You will also work closely with our growers to ensure and improve quality.
What we expect from you ?
- Oversee tomato quality throughout the delivery process.
- Control packaging methods to ensure optimum quality.
- Working with growers to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Perform quality checks and report findings.
- Implement improvement processes to increase product quality.
- Provide support to the Operations Manager and report directly to them.
- Provided communication between Tomeco and the Auction Sales Department.
What your profile is ?
- Experience in horticulture or strong knowledge of nutrition, specifically related to tomatoes.
- An eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Problem solving skills and a proactive attitude.
