Prevention Advisor 2
Introduction
Tomeco is a fast-growing cooperative of Flemish tomato growers. With almost 80 hectares of greenhouses, innovative technologies and more than 800 seasonal workers, we are fully committed to sustainability, efficiency and the well-being of our people. As a Level 2 Prevention Advisor, you play a key role in developing a safe, healthy and motivating working environment - from greenhouse to warehouse, from team leader to seasonal worker.
What we expect from you ?
- You develop and manage the global prevention plan and the annual action plan
- You perform risk analyses and workstation analyses and translate these into concrete improvement actions
- You supervise incident analyses and propose effective preventive measures
- You advise on technical innovations (machines, infrastructure, ergonomics)
- You work closely with HR, team leaders and the external service
- You sensitize, inform and motivate our employees about safety and well-being
- You monitor compliance with legal obligations and actively participate in consultation structures (such as CPBW or internal working groups)
- You hold an accredited Level 2 Prevention Consultant diploma.
- You already have some experience within a manufacturing, agricultural or industrial environment (or you feel completely at home in one).
- You work in a structured way, think solution-oriented and communicate clearly.
- You are someone who moves smoothly among people, with an eye for what is going on in the workplace.
- You speak fluent Dutch; English is a plus.
- You are willing to move between our sites.
