To further professionalize our work organization, we are looking for an Overarching Work Coordinator who will help guide people, processes, and performance.
What we expect from you ?
We are looking for an overarching work coordinator for five modern greenhouse horticulture companies in the north of the province of Antwerp, who combines strategic insight with a strong presence on the work floor.
In this key role, you will be responsible for streamlining, analyzing, and optimizing the work organization across multiple sites. You will switch easily between figures and people, between long-term planning and daily operational reality. Experience in greenhouse horticulture is a clear added value, but not an absolute requirement for candidates with a strong affinity for production environments and work organization.
Your responsibilities
- Overall coordination and optimization of labor within five greenhouse horticulture companies
- Managing, coaching, and developing managers
- Analyzing labor data (planning, productivity, quality, and costs) and translating it into concrete improvement actions
- Bringing structure and uniformity to work processes and planning methodologies
- Promoting cooperation and knowledge sharing between different companies
- Acting as a strategic sparring partner for owners and management
- Initiating and supervising improvement and change processes
- Monitoring employee performance, engagement, and motivation
