In this role you will assist the QA department and take care of carrying out hygiene inspections. You supervise food safety and hygiene within the production environment and adjust production processes where necessary. In addition, you are responsible for the implementation of new hygiene guidelines and ensure that they are properly observed. In addition to your duties in the field of quality and hygiene, you also take on an important role within personnel administration. You are responsible for the daily planning, recruitment and hiring of seasonal workers and act as a pivotal figure between the seasonal workers and payroll. What we expect from you ?

What your profile is ?

For this position, good language skills are essential. You master both Dutch and English, and knowledge of Romanian is a plus. You work accurately and correctly, with an eye for detail and a structured approach. As an objective coordinator, you know how to motivate and manage people in a fair and thoughtful way. Moreover, you are a real team player who values cooperation and a positive working atmosphere.
