Introduction
At Tomeco we are looking for an Assistant Teamleader Cultivation who, together with the teamleader, is responsible for the daily follow-up of our cultivation activities. In this role you are the right hand of the teamleader and make sure that the planning, quality and efficiency within the greenhouse run smoothly. You are a real people manager who motivates and supports colleagues, but at the same time also has an eye for technical details and cultivation processes. As assistant team leader you will get the chance to develop yourself further in the world of modern horticulture, where innovation, sustainability and teamwork are key. You combine practical knowledge with a hands-on mentality and are willing to take responsibility in a dynamic environment.
