Introduction

We are looking for a driven Assistant Supervisor who will be the right hand of our greenhouse manager in Loenhout. Together you will ensure a smooth daily operation of the greenhouse, where quality, efficiency and a good team atmosphere are key.

What we expect from you ?

Supports the supervisor in managing a team of greenhouse employees and seasonal workers.

You will assist in the daily planning of crop operations (such as leaf picking, thinning, harvesting...).

You will monitor work progress and ensure that quality and safety standards are met.

You are the point of contact for questions on the shop floor.

You will help train new employees.

In the absence of the supervisor, you take over.

What your profile is ?

You have experience in a production or agriculture and horticulture environment (greenhouse farming is a plus).

You speak fluent Dutch and can also work your way out of English or Romanian.

You have a sense of responsibility and can work independently.

You are flexible and enjoy working with people from different cultures.

You are hands-on, positive attitude and think in solutions.
