Assistant Warehouse Manager

You will work closely with the warehouse manager and help manage the work floor.

You ensure that the harvested tomatoes are correctly processed, sorted, packaged, and prepared for transport. You follow the schedule, coordinate with the greenhouse when volumes or timing change, and maintain an overview of the warehouse.

In concrete terms, this means that you:

• prepares and checks orders
• organizes picking and shipping
• monitors inventories and stock levels
• coordinates daily with the greenhouse regarding harvest and volumes
• helps out on the floor where necessary
• manages and supports colleagues
• ensures order, cleanliness, and quality

So you combine cooperation and coordination.
