Introduction
At Tomeco, hundreds of seasonal workers participate in our tomato cultivation every year. To manage this administratively, we are looking for an administrative worker to support us in the processing and follow-up of their files.
What we expect from you ?
You will ensure the smooth and correct administration of our seasonal workers and support the payroll process. Specifically, this includes:
- Performs Dimona returns at startup and exit
- Follows up on medical documents (including through CM or other mutual funds)
- Manages and co-coordinates housing data
- Prepares and follows up registrations with the municipality
- Processes and transmits time records to the social secretariat
- Liaises with seasonal workers on practical questions
- Provides administrative support for other personnel-related tasks
