What we expect from you ?
You will handle light payroll processing, enrolling new seasonal workers, general administrative work and billing. You will also be responsible for maintaining personnel files, processing leave requests, drafting contracts and managing correspondence. You will support various departments to ensure a smooth administrative workflow and ensure that all documents are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
What your profile is ?
Experience and Skills:
You have experience with administrative tasks and are familiar with payroll processing and billing. Knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
Accurate and organized:
You work in a structured manner and have an eye for detail, allowing you to process documents accurately and in a timely manner.
Communication Strong:
You can communicate clearly and courteously, both in writing and orally, and you are able to answer employee questions professionally.
Flexible and proactive:
You can handle change well and take initiative to improve administrative processes.
Team player:
You enjoy working with various departments and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
